"TiF" is a legendary punk-rock band.

Luhansk Oblast Philharmonic Hall

The philharmonic hall was founded during World War II, officially – in 1943. Its first chief was a Ukrainian bandura player named Viktor Djurdjiy.

The role-players scene community spot «Pepelische» («In flames»)

«When we wanted to gather with a role- playing crowd, we often went to Pepelische (also known as Peoplische). It is a ravine intersected by Lomonosova Sstreet.
