Soap bubble festival «Dreamflash»
Olha Bilous organized the soap bubble festival in 2010. It gathered between 300 to 500 participants, gradually getting more popular and integrating with other interactions between participants. At the first festival on August 15th participants gathered next to the city Philharmonic Hall, blowing out bubbles and communicating. The next festival has engaged also the Luhansk ethno-movement with ethnic musical instruments presentations and workshops. The Asphalt drawing competition also had been part of «Dreamflash».
