Tattoo festival
Tattoo festival lasted for two days. During these two days masters of tattoo, body art, piercing and scarification worked there. «The fact this happened in Luhansk is amazing! Just amazing! I did not expect so many people come to such a small salon. I’ve planned to work at the event as a master, but I had barely one free second», – told the festival’s organizer Viktor Turutin to «OstroV».
