City Culture Forum

44 cultural managers and 18 cultural organizations took part in the City Culture Forum that was part of the campaign «Cultural Map of Luhansk». City public servants bureaucrats in the field of culture and civilc society gathered for the 1st time to start a discussion on the cultural development of Luhansk and its perspectives. The aim of the event was to establishhing the cooperation between official cultural institutions, from the one hand, and informal groups and organizations, from the other. At the closing remarks of the forum, the need to start working together on athe cCultural strategy of Luhansk was mentioned. The forum has also such tangible results as the cooperation between Luganda-Hhouse center, and tThe Cultural Department of the City Council, between independent artists and the library.
