The House of Artistic Intelligentsia «Svietlitsa»
This cultural center was one of the “official culturale” locations in Luhansk. The municipality owned itBeing a municipal location. «Svietlitsa» hadave the space to host for various events for free. Events organized by young activists took place here as well as more conservative and traditional ones. Poets read their poems, artists ledartists led the workshops in performance, activists screened documentaries, cluband club “The Classics of the Soul” held its meetings here. Today the club renamed in the so-called «State Cultural Institution of “Luhansk People’s Republic”».

У Будинку творчої інтелигенції "Світлиця"відбувався фестиваль авторського мистецтва "Райдужний кіт". Під час фестивалю не тільки майстри презентували та продавали свої роботи (прикраси з бісеру, вишиванки, в'язані іграшки, картини, декупаж,мило, свічки тощо), але й відбувалися виступи дитячих вокальних та хореографічних колективів, майстер-класи для бажаючих навчитися щось робити власними руками.
